Contribution and Reservation Procedures
Welcome to the Ashram!!
Before requesting your reservation, we invite you to review all the information below about all procedures for your booking.

Booking procedure
The booking procedure is very simple, there are just a few steps:
- Review the information on this page and submit the Contact Form for Retreat (on the link at the end of this page)
- If there is availability for stay at the period you requested, receive from us detailed information by e-mail.
- Proceed with a 50% deposit and send us the receipt. The balance should be paid upon your arrival here at the Ashram in check or cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards
- Receive from us the booking confirmation.

Contribution for Retreat - includes accommodation + meals + daily activities (meditation + hatha yoga) --
-- except for satsang and darshan, that are ALWAYS FOR FREE (contributions / donations are kindly accepted)
The rate is the same throughout the year, regardless of holidays, weekends and other special dates.

1) Individual Chalet: accomodation with exclusive bathroom
2) Collective Room: accommodates 3 to 4 people in accommodation with a collective bathroom
3) The day of retreat is counted from 14:00 until 14:00 the next day

Here at the Ashram we are in retreat permanently, every day. So please feel free to choose the arrival and departure days that are most convenient for you.
Ashram hours
Reception hours at the Ashram are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, please feel free to arrive at any moment within this period. However, please note that a retreat day always starts at 2:30 PM and ends at 2:00 PM of the following day.
We ask you to review the Rules of Conduct in the Ashram, which aim to create an environment of Coexistence and Cooperation among everyone here.
Cancellation or change of dates of arrival / departure
After your reservation / booking is confirmed, if you wish to alter arrival or departure dates, the total amount will be recalculated according to the new desired period.
However, if you wish to cancel your reservation, postpone the arrival date, or anticipate the departure date within less than 15 days before an extra day will be charged due to the change in reservation.
After we recalculate the total amount, if there is balance in your favour, we will refund it to you.
